For arranging an Iranian Entry Visa for you, please kindly read the needful information about the different kind of Iranian visas below and then choose one of the following visas and provide us the required documents:




Short Term Visa (Recommended)

A Short Term Visa is suitable for somebody who is planning to visit Iran and has enough time to apply. A Short Term Visa will be issued only by one of Iranian Embassies or Consulates worldwide.
We will arrange an invitation letter for you.
The invitation letter will be sent to you
per e-mail. We will send the needed document to the Iranian Embassy or Consulate as well.
You should refer to the Iranian Embassy or Consulates with this invitation letter for getting your visa.
The visa may take two weeks time to process. A Short Term Visa is extendable inside Iran.

For arranging a Short Term Visa for you, we need the following documents:

1. A Filled Short Term Visa Form
2. A Scanned Copy of Your Passport

Please Download the Short Term Visa Form, Answer questions mentioned in the Form, Make a "Save As" copy of this .pdf file and send it with a clear scanned copy of your passport to our e-mail address.

If you wish to get a longer visa, please provide us a scanned copy of all your previous Iranian visas, too.

By some Iranian Embassies and Consulates, it is possible to send your documents and passport by post, and there is no need to refer to the Embassy or Consulate in person. Please check it with relevant Embassy or Consulate before to do that.


Airport Business Visa

An Airport Business Visa is suitable for somebody who has not enough time to apply an entry visa via one of Iranian Embassies or Consulates. Your staying in Iran should not exceed more than 72 hours. The visa can be canceled if some change will be happened to your flights dates. We will apply the visa here in Iran for you.
A visa confirmation will be sent to you 24 hours before your departure per e-mail . You should just print out the visa confirmation and show it to the Iranian border police on your arrival in Tehran Airport, then you will get your visa on your passport.
An Airport Business Visa is not extendable. Please pay attention, for this kind of visa, we need minimum 5 working days for arranging visas. Thursdays and Fridays are weekends in Iran. You also can check the Iranian National Holidays on this website.

Travel Tips

Here you can find most important tips for traveling to Iran:

Credit Cards

There are not any official services for the internationally known Credit Cards in Iran. Bank Cards, and International Cheques are not acceptable. Old version of US Dollars also are not welcomed. Euro is recommended.

Alcohol

The import, sale and consumption of alcohol in Iran is strictly forbidden on religious grounds. You can buy any kinds of soft non-alcoholic drinks. There are Iranian made drinks as well as international brands served everywhere.

Women

Women should wear a head scarf in their visa application photos. All women even foreigners must cover their heads with a head scarf, wear trousers or a long skirt, and a long-sleeved tunic or coat that reaches to mid-thigh or knee in Iran.

Is the tap water safe in Iran?

Yes, it's safe to drink. Mineral water is also available and it's very cheap.

Is any vegetarian food available in Iran?
Yes, but if you want a proper vegetarian meal, you have to order
in advance.


Is the food spicy in Iran?
No, Iranian food is similar to Mediterranean food in terms of spice
and not spicy like Indian.


What is the Iranian Currency?
The Iranian official currency is Rial but people are used to say Toman.
One Toman is equal to 10 Rials.

Where can one exchange money in Iran?
At the airport Currency Exchange and special branches of banks.
Euro, US Dollars, British Pounds, Swiss Frank can be easily
exchanged.

Is the mail service reliable in Iran?

What is electricity voltage in Iran?
220 volts AC, 50Hz. Plugs are of the round two-pin type. If you
have 110 volts appliance to use on your trip, like shaving machine,
hair drier, etc, it is recommended to take a 110-to-220 plug with
you while traveling.


Can one have a camera or Cam-recorder?
Yes, but It's not allowed to take photos of military areas and
religious places.


Are there any taxis or local transportation available?
Yes, taxis, buses, trains & aircrafts are available.

Are there English Newspaper & TV channels?
Yes, there are.

Do all Iranians know English?
No, most young people know English.

Is it allowed to take carpets as souvenirs?
Yes, each person is allowed to take 2 pieces of rugs each 6 square
meters with him/her or can send it.
